Niki is the Compensation and Benefits Manager at the Port of Portland. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Columbia Willamette Compensation Group (CWCG).

We are very pleased to announce that HRMA is up to 58 members.
During spring term we ALL need to promote HRMA leadership positions to students who are not members already and who will attend PSU next school year. Columbia Willamette Compensation Group (CWCG) Student Scholarship
(Completed applications for the 2009-2010 academic year will be accepted beginning May 1, 2009 to May 22, 2009)
CWCG has established a Student scholarship for individuals interested in exploring the Compensation and Benefits field.

Students meeting the following criteria are invited to submit an application:
-Junior or higher academic status (including graduate students).
-GPA of 3.00 or higher.
-A declared major of HR Management or a related academic field.
-Currently enrolled in an accredited university in the Portland and SW Washington area.

-Be scheduled for a 30-minute practice interview with a business professional. -Receive valuable tips and feedback.
-Gain confidence for their future job-search.
